Charlotte Clemson

I began learning the violin at age three with my mother, Heather Clemson, who trained with Dr Suzuki in Japan. I hold a BA Honours in Music from the University of Oxford and the European Suzuki Association Diploma Level 5 qualification. I have achieved an ABRSM Violin Grade 8 with Distinction. I have played in string quartets, ensembles and orchestras including the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, and worked in arts management roles for the London Symphony Orchestra and the National Youth Orchestra. I teach violin to children aged 3 and upwards using the Suzuki Method in south west London (Fulham), offering weekly individual lessons plus group lessons with a parent attending each lesson. My students join the London Suzuki Group, and I also teach with the Dulwich and Lauderdale Suzuki Groups and at Bryanston International Summer School.
