Do we keep our own clients and rates?
Yes. Your students stay yours, your rates stay yours, and TutorLab never takes a commission on lessons. The plan is a flat monthly price.
Who holds the parents' money?
Nobody in the middle. When a tutor takes card payments, funds settle directly to their own account (card fee from 3.4%). You keep whatever commission arrangement you already have with your tutors.
Can tutors see each other's students?
No. Each tutor sees only their own students, lessons and messages. Owners and admins see activity across the whole team.
How does onboarding work?
All by email: send us your tutor list (a spreadsheet, or even a photo of it) and we import it and draft every profile for you. Most agencies are fully live within a day. Prefer to talk it through? Ask for a call in your message, it is optional, never required.
What if we have more than 10 tutors?
The flat plan covers 10 tutor seats. Beyond that we price per team, email harry@trytutorlab.uk.
Can we use our own branding?
Your name, logo and blurb appear on your public agency page, and every tutor's profile carries a "Part of your agency" badge linking back to it. Both are free for any team on TutorLab, on this plan or on none. Full white-label on your own domain is on the roadmap for larger teams.
