About me

I'm an experienced maths tutor with over 7 years of experience teaching students of varying abilities, specialising in GCSE Mathematics. I'm a Mathematics and Finance graduate from the University of York, where I achieved First Class results, and previously achieved two A stars and an A at A-Level.

Over the years, I've helped numerous students improve their grades, develop confidence and strengthen their understanding of maths. I have extensive experience teaching both Foundation and Higher GCSE Mathematics, including students aiming for the top grades of 8 and 9.

My teaching approach is patient, structured and tailored to each student's individual needs. I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into manageable steps, identifying areas of weakness and developing effective exam techniques through targeted practice and past-paper questions.

Whether a student is struggling with the fundamentals or looking to achieve the highest grades, my aim is to help them reach their full potential.

I offer both online and face-to-face tuition, with flexible lesson arrangements.
