With 5+ years of tutoring experience, I specialise in supporting students taking IGCSE/GCSE Mathematics and Sciences, as well as A-Level Sociology. My teaching approach is highly personalised — I believe that no two students learn in exactly the same way. Rather than relying on memorisation alone, I focus on helping students genuinely understand concepts, develop confidence, and build strong exam technique.

As a scholarship recipient, former Head Student and current Sociology undergraduate at the University of Amsterdam, I understand both the academic and personal challenges students face. My experience working with a wide range of learners — from high-achieving students aiming for top grades to those struggling with confidence, motivation, or foundational understanding — has shaped a patient but structured teaching style.

Previous students have shown strong improvements not only in grades, but also in confidence and independent thinking, with some moving up multiple grade boundaries over a relatively short period of time. I particularly work well with students who benefit from clear explanations, encouragement, and tailored guidance, including those who may have previously found traditional classroom teaching difficult to engage with.
