Attended Chetham's School of Music; first-class music degree from Manchester University, Diploma in Music Therapy and a PGCE. I have taught violin for over 20 years from beginners to diploma level and coached ensembles. Trained in early years music, psychology of teaching and the Kodaly method; I have led workshops for nursery and primary school staff and taught weekly music groups in those settings.
