I have always had a strong passion for mathematics and genuinely enjoy solving problems and understanding how different mathematical ideas connect. I am teaching maths because I want to share this interest with other students and help them develop a stronger understanding and greater confidence in the subject. I enjoy explaining difficult concepts in a simple and understandable way and helping students work through challenging questions step by step. I am also planning to study mathematics at university, so tutoring gives me the opportunity to develop my own understanding while supporting other students in reaching their academic goals.

My lessons are designed to build understanding, confidence and steady progress. I teach online using Google Meet, with each lesson following three clear stages.

First, we review and consolidate previous work, revisiting key concepts and addressing any difficulties. Next, we learn and understand new topics using clear explanations and effective teaching methods suited to the student’s level and pace. Finally, students complete practice questions to develop their understanding and problem-solving skills. I individually check their work, identify mistakes and provide feedback so that misunderstandings can be corrected quickly.

My aim is to make lessons supportive, engaging and focused on helping students achieve their full potential.
