I’m Jacob Hanson, a fully qualified vocal instructor based in Harborne, Birmingham, passionate about helping students discover and reach their full potential through singing. With a degree in Primary Education underway and a lifelong dedication to music, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to my lessons. Starting formal training at age five, I’ve achieved multiple grades across singing and musical theatre, alongside GCSE and A-Level Music qualifications. My background includes performing with a top-ranked youth choir—currently 4th in the world for Pop, Jazz, Gospel and Spiritual—and leading workshops internationally. This experience has shaped my teaching style, blending patience, practical training, and creative engagement to make learning enjoyable. I specialize in beginner fundamentals but adapt to students of all ages, from 5 to 105, tailoring lessons to individual needs.
