About me

Marcus has been providing personalised tutoring and professional training across finance disciplines since 2020. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Distinct Capital Partners. He started his career as a Trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Toronto-Dominion Bank.


He has over a decade of investment banking and capital markets experience. He has advised on public and private mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions for preeminent companies in North America, Europe, and internationally.


Marcus has completed his Graduate Research in Economics at Harvard University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at McMaster University. He was valedictorian at the Académie Catholique.


He is committed to community leadership, having served as the Vice Chairman of the Board for the federally funded Immigrants Working Centre. He has been a Guest Lecturer at the University of Toronto, covering the topics of investment banking and global markets.


Marcus is fluent in English and French.
