About

I am a PGCE-qualified French and Spanish teacher based in East Sussex, specialising in high-quality French tuition for children, teenagers and adults across Lewes, Brighton, Eastbourne, Uckfield and surrounding areas. With 13 years of tutoring experience, I help learners build confidence, improve fluency and achieve excellent results in French at every level. While I primarily teach French, I also offer Spanish tutoring up to GCSE level, supporting students who want to strengthen their schoolwork, prepare for exams or develop practical conversational skills. I provide personalised one-to-one lessons, both in person and online, tailored to each learner’s goals — from GCSE and A-Level French preparation to adult lessons for travel, work or personal interest. My teaching style is clear, structured and supportive, making languages accessible for complete beginners through to advanced learners. As an experienced French tutor in East Sussex, I focus on practical communication, accurate grammar, strong pronunciation and real-world language use. Every lesson is designed to help you progress steadily and enjoy the learning process.
