I offer both 1:1 and small group GCSE English tuition, tailored to each student’s needs. I teach across all major exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Eduqas, and Cambridge IGCSE, so I can adapt sessions precisely to the specification your child is studying. I am currently working in a large inner-city secondary school as a Lead Practitioner in English, with over 13 years of teaching experience. I have previously been a Head of English, leading a department to strong outcomes. I am also an examiner for AQA and Edexcel, which means I understand exactly how students are assessed and what is needed to secure marks. My teaching is clear, structured, and focused on results. I break down exam questions, model high-quality answers, and give direct, actionable feedback so students know exactly how to improve.
