Common questions

How much does this cost?

Nothing. Posting a request is free, and there is no agency commission on any session you book with a tutor you're matched with.

How quickly will tutors reply?

Matching tutors are notified straight away. If nobody has replied within 48 hours, we automatically introduce your request to more tutors, so you are not left waiting.

How do you choose which tutors see my request?

We pick up to 10 tutors who teach your child's subject and level, cover your area or teach online, and are taking on new students right now. Tutors cannot pay to be put in front of you here; the shortlist is only about fit for your child.

What if no tutor matches right away?

We store your request. The moment a fitting tutor publishes, we introduce you automatically. You will receive a status update within 7 days. Every status email includes a link to close the request.
